| You set your hand on hers and pulled it down, setting your other on her shoulder, shaking your head as you did. Softly, you whispered, "Stop." "But why?" She cried, "It's just not fair. I want to be loved, I don't want to be alone anymore. What did I do to deserve this?" "You're not," You said and smiled gently. "You have me." She stared at you, not believing the words as the grip on the knife slackened in her hand. Leaning closer, you repeated yourself: "You're not alone anymore." She let out another sob and threw her arms around you, the knife tumbling from her grip and sliding across the floor. You held her back, soothing her softly with words of comfort. Behind the corner, I held back my own sob. She had you, she found hers. Will one day, I find my own faceless savior? Mommy ... I don't want to be alone anymore either... |

| Name: Sam Age: 16 Sex: Female Drawing Since: Age 11, technically. That was when I got into Sonic and then (fully) into anime. Likes: Drawing (surprise, surprise), writing, castles, animating, role-playing, archaeology, playing video games, yaio/shounen-ai, manga/anime, reading, my crazy friends, storms, history, science, not being cooped up against will, large areas to work or spread out, and quiet places. Dislikes: School, semester exams/tests in general, extremely hot weather, loud noises/people, running out of paper, clowns, roller coasters, racists/sexists/etc, oceans or water I can't see the bottom of, and getting markers all over everything (...it happens more than you'd think). I CAN SPEAK: English, French, and some Spanish. Feel free to talk to me in any of them! ^3^ Additional Thoughts: I am an entirely self-taught artist and have always loved to draw, even when I was very young. I never thought I'd pursue art as a career, but lately, my opinion has been leaning towards either animation or perhaps my own graphic novel (no, not manga). Though, I'd still love to be an archaeologist, I think I enjoy art too much and I think it'd be worthwhile to try and specialize in what I love most. Thanks for stopping by.
